How information is used
Information is used to review and respond to inquiries, evaluate whether Briar may be able to assist, communicate about potential or existing work, distinguish legal and strategic inquiries from brand or UGC inquiries, and maintain basic records related to inquiries.
Form processing
The site uses Formspree to process inquiry form submissions. Formspree may receive form submission data for the purpose of transmitting the inquiry. Peyton should verify the connected Formspree inbox before relying on form delivery for active business or legal inquiries.
Brand and collaboration inquiries
Brand and UGC inquiries may include campaign details, product or stay information, proposed deliverables, requested usage rights, compensation structure, safety or disclosure notes, and related business context. Briar uses that information to evaluate fit, respond to the inquiry, and discuss potential collaboration terms.
If someone contacts Briar by email or through the form, Briar may use the provided email address to respond.
Analytics and cookies
Briar may use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand aggregate website traffic, including page views, referring pages, general location, browser, device, and site performance. Cloudflare Web Analytics is used for site measurement, not advertising, and does not use advertising cookies or behavioral tracking tools on this site.
